GET TO KNOW ME BETTER

I’M GIOVANNI, A PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZER.

Born and raised in Italy, where I spent most of my life before moving to the United States to continue my journey and personal growth. It was there that I met my wife, who’s from South Africa, and today we’re happily building our life together in her home country. Outside of coaching, I love pushing my own limits through sport and challenge, from winning a Long Distance Triathlon World Championship to earning All-American honors. I’ve stood on podiums, run a 2:23 marathon, and embraced the grind along the way, bringing that same curiosity, drive, and belief into helping others reach higher.

I STARTED OUT JUST LIKE YOU

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO UNLOCK YOUR MIND AND REACH YOUR POTENTIAL — GLAD YOU’RE HERE!

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY STORY

I’ve been where you are — facing doubt, uncertainty, and the mental barriers that hold you back. I know what it feels like to struggle with focus, confidence, and consistency, and I’ve learned how to push through. Now, I help athletes, business leaders, and high achievers overcome those same challenges and step into the performance, mindset, and results they’ve been striving for.

PROFESSIONAL TRIATHLON RACING & NEW DISCOVERIES

These years were defined by my deep love for competition and training. They also revealed that I wanted more from life — to build a career dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential and discover how to perform at their very best.
